Bridal Spectacular Update

Wow! Bridal Spectacular was a huge success! About 1000 brides were in attendance at the 35th Bridal Spectacular and my assistant and I met a ton of wonderful people! You could just feel the excitement in the air as the brides-to-be and their grooms walked around the hall on Friday and Saturday checking out what each booth had to offer. I often saw a couple with chocolate from Harry & David’s or a lanyard around their neck with a photo from ShutterBooth. You can tell everyone was having a wonderful time filling up those pink bags full of material from fellow photographers, DJ’s, caterers, and more!

Thank you to all of you that stopped by my booth to say hello! I received a lot of wonderful comments on my marketing materials, photos, and, most often, on my foam wood puzzle flooring! Everyone who stepped into my booth commented on how “squishy” the floor was and how nice it was to give their feet a tiny break from all the walking! I’m glad you all liked it!

New Member of NILMDTS!

I just found out I got accepted as a NILMDTS photographer! I am incredibly proud to be a part of this organization. NILMDTS stands for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep and is an organization of photographers who offers their services to families who lose their newborn baby or who have a terminally ill newborn in the hospital. These photographers offer to photograph their family, and newborn, to assist in the healing process.

This will be an emotional endeavor on my part, but I pray that I can be used to help these families remember their precious child and to allow God to heal their pain. Check out the organization at the link below and support if you can!
